A Message to Our Owners/Guests
As we follow the impact of the coronavirus COVID-19, we want you to know that your safety is our top priority.  As an owner/guest that may frequent the Clubhouse we want ensure we are taking the necessary steps in providing the highest standards in cleanliness within the Clubhouse.

Our staff have been provided with additional resources and training along with information from CDC, WHO, and local government on how to assist with safe practices during this time.  One of the new features to assist with the fight against germs within the Clubhouse is StepnPull door openers within the lavatories.  This will decrease the need to touch door handles in some of the most frequented places.  We also ask that during this time no outside food or drink be brought into the Clubhouse.
 
   



Since our community is such a vital part of our success we are asking for your assistance.  We need our owners to be vigilant in recognizing their symptoms and if you have signs of these symptoms, we ask that you do not frequent the Clubhouse until your symptoms have subsided for at least 24-48 hours (please see symptoms below). 


Watch for these symptoms

Reported illnesses have ranged from mild symptoms to severe illness and death for confirmed coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases. The following symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure.*
  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
If there is a positive diagnosis amongst staff or owner(s)/guest(s) please know we have an Infectious Disease Policy in place and will implement that immediately.  We keep owner(s)/guest(s) informed via email, website, and social media.  If you have not set-up your member portal via the website this would be a great opportunity to do that.  If you need assistance with that please call the POA office at 417-335-7869.
